- Start in an open position.
- On 1, step back.
- On 2, lead a j-hook prep while facing 12:00.
- On 3&4, build tension as you get into a stretched open position.
- On 4, step down the slot towards 12:00 with your left foot while facing 3:00 to lead the follower forward. Don’t straddle across the slot.
- On 5, collect your right foot next to your left foot.
- On 6, step into the slot with your left foot once the follower has walked past you.
- On 7&8, triple step.
- End in an angled k-anchor open position.
