- The footwork is the same as in a whip.
- For the handwork, a [parallel] handhold is necessary.
- Open the arms on 1,2 and close them by 3&.
- Open the hands on 4,5, and close them by 6.
- Post on 6 for the anchor step.
You may do a car-wash whip exit.
