handshake whip neck wrap outside wrist clip palm-down over palm-down

Start in a handshake position.
On 1, step back.
On 2, lead a left prep? Is it a chain turn or a pivot turn or just a turn?
On 3&4 lead a counterclockwise neck wrap.
On 4, straddle across the slot and grab the follower’s left hand with your left hand at stomach level. Even though your arm is around the follower’s neck, you are in a handshake under scout handshake handhold.
On 5, step down the slot to face 3:00.
On 6, begin the clockwise wrist-clip. Your left arm should be at stomach level and the right arm should be above the head.
On 7&8 perform the wrist-clip.
End in a palm-down over palm-down handhold.
