• Start in an open righty position.
• A variation of a righty reverse whip.
• Do a j-hook, but on step 3 don’t release her right hand, go over her head.
• On step 4, hold or “cup” her left triceps with your left hand. Use your right hand to turn her back into the right position.
• End in an open righty position.
