A traveling 180 degree turn in which the weight changes from one foot to the other.
This turn is different from a pivot turn because it happens on the ball of the foot or the toes. It does not involve the heels.
The dancer faces 6:00 with the left foot pointing at 6:00 and the right foot pointing at 7:30.
After the turn, the dancer still faces 6:00 with both feet close together pointing at 3:00.
