The footwork is the same as a right side pass up to but not including four.

On 4, step on left foot so weight is directly under left foot.
On &, collect right foot.
On 5, point to the left with left foot.
On &, collect right foot.
On 6, point with right foot to the right and place foot down and move center of mass over right foot to create a body lead.
