A pattern that Bob Bowlby and Joan Peeples taught me.

  • On 1, prep on line with the follower’s shoulder.
  • On 2, left prep on line with the follower’s face.
  • Step 3&4 is over and behind the followers head such that the follower’s hand gets released on step 4 so your right hand can slide down the follower’s head.
  • On step 4 step back into the slot into closed position.
